BeachBody 10 Minute Trainer: A Video Blog

Today is day 21 of the 31 Days of Wellness, and I have elected to submit a video blog, where I discuss the benefits of the BeachBody 10 Minute Trainer. Pardon the echo from my iMac computer.

This is an in-home DVD exercise program I recently received, and it is excellent. It consists of five 10-minute routines, covering Total Body, Lower Body, Abdominals, Cardio, and Yoga Flex. While advertised as a 10-minute program, combining two or three segments is going to give you the best work-out benefit.
